I do accept returns within 14 days of receiving them. Email me with any problems or issues with your item and I will refund your funds upon receipt of the returned items.  Susandeesdesigns@gmail.com. Please return in all of the original packaging.  Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please retain proof of postage when returning items; I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail when being returned. I take great pride in my craftmanship and your satisfaction is my ultimale goal.

 

When returning, include a note with your name, address, email, phone number and instructions to repair, refund or exchange.

 

The following are items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

*custom or personalised orders

*Made-to-order items

*Failure to maintain items properly

*Damage incurred after receipt of them

*Earrings(for hygiene reasons)
